ALTON, IL – September 30, 2026 (StLouisRestaurantReview) Flock Food Truck Park & Bar, a downtown Alton gathering place that has combined food trucks, drinks, entertainment and community events since 2022, will end operations at its Ridge Street location in December as an Alton-founded hot chicken company prepares to transform the property into a larger restaurant and entertainment destination. Flock plans to operate at 210 Ridge St. through Dec. 20, 2026, completing its fifth season before the property enters a transition period.
